GENERAL

• Added a powered_rail recipe group to the Copper Powered Rail recipe, so the recipe book groups it with the Gold Powered Rail override.
• Removed the misc category tag from the Copper Powered Rail recipe.
• Added a scaffolding recipe group to link the bamboo and stick Scaffolding recipes.
• Gold Powered Rail and Bamboo Scaffolding now have explicit override files, but both use the vanilla ingredients and yields, so crafting is unchanged.
• No recipes were removed. The vanilla overrides for Paper, Honey Bottle, Bread, Shulker Box and Piston, and both item tags, are unchanged from beta2.
