Major Changes

• piston-broken decorated pots now drop the correct number of items

Minor Changes

• cocoa can now be dispenser-planted in place of any #replaceable block
• simplified decorated pot ticking logic

UNFIXABLE:

• piston-broken pots will still drop the incorrect amount if picked up by player on the same tick
• when picking up items dropped by decorated pots, hoppers pick up at most 1 stack even if there was more items in the pot
