New Features
- Slightly adjusted the interior layouts of Plains, Ocean, and Dark Forest capsules – they now also feature special loot chests like other capsule types!
- Added 3 new special items:
- Pocket of Plenty – an Uncommon item found in Plains capsules. Provides the player with an endless supply of apples, but requires a short wait between uses.
- Scaffold Boots – a Special item found in Ocean capsules. When worn, they automatically place scaffolding beneath your feet as you move – a perfect way to show off to your friends! For balance, the placed blocks are scaffolding.
- Great Rift Staff – a Legendary item found in Dark Forest capsules. On first use, grants a buff and sends the player into a Rift, marking nearby mobs and rooting them in place. On second use, deals high magic damage to all marked mobs, then enters a cooldown. A powerful and versatile tool – jump in and explore its full potential for yourself!
- Added several new advancements for collecting and using the above items.
- Added a test chest containing all special items. If you find structure hunting too tedious, or simply want to experiment with the items, load the structure
wayfarer:testusing a structure block and pick whatever you'd like to test! (This test structure does not generate naturally in the world.) - Added a fix for roman numeral display of enchantment levels 11 through 255 – they now render correctly. Note that this fix is not available for the datapack version; it should work in the mod version. This feature is still being tested and refined.
Known Issues
- Scaffold Boots – the item description contains a typo. This is a known issue in the current release and has already been fixed for the next update. Apologies for the inconvenience!
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
