Added 4 new Olaatmon to the data pack:
Added "Curgull", a Water/Flying type
Added "Infernoach", a Dragon/Bug type
Added "Fatefin", a Water/Fairy type
Added "Mawlaxy", a Psychic/Steel type
Other Changes:
Made "Mardore" able to spawn in plains.
Reduced "Olaat" spawn rate.
Changed "Mardore"s evolution item from ender pearl to amethyst shard.
Changed around every pokemons early level moves.
Changed the exp group of most pokemon.
Made all wild Olaatmon not walk around all the time.
