Pack of Cats

Changelog

• Fixed cats not being able to get fish from water

• Added step height debuffs to iron armor, hopefully stopping being able to walk up blocks but not jump up blocks

• Removed some duplicate code in the armor debuff handler function

• Fixed blankets not being able to stack when smelted from a campfire/furnace
