Quaternion API

This datapack adds the Quaternion API from CC: VS without the need to include CC: VS in a modpack!

This API lets you create and manipulate quaternions within Lua scripts in a Minecraft-centric format, especially in regards to toEuler and fromEuler, as they use the YXZ reference frame.

A help page is also included for in-game access.
