adds some stupidly simple functions that can be put into maps or servers

functions:

menu

pulls up a menu for easy use of the datapack

blood cover

blinds the victim... that's it...

blood damage

damages the victim, taking 4 hearts.

blood teleport

(too lazy to get gif)

teleports the victim to you, giving them blindness for 10 seconds.

blood weaken

(also too lazy)

gives the victim weakness while giving you strength. lasts 5 seconds.
