Silver Star Library

No major changes, just an update to make the library compatible with Minecraft version 26.2. There is one new function: ss_lib:fetch/moon_phase, which fetches the phase of the moon (represented as a number 1-8) and assigns it to the score MoonPhase, owned by the phantom player $moon.
