Totem of Undying Death Messages V2.5

i need iron blocks! im running outta bricks! i dont wanna be surrounded by lava!

• added spear death message ([Player] was speared but felt nothing thanks to [Totem of Undying])
• fixed certain death messages not working in recent versions (most notablly the mace and ender pearl messages)

should work up until 26.0
