Wayrune

Added

• Rune Shards, dropped by monsters (bosses always drop one)
• Runewarp: single-use teleport scroll, no XP cost
• Owner lock: only the placer can break, recolor or open a Wayrune
• Dyed Wayrunes keep their color when broken and placed again
• New item textures for the Rune Shard and Runewarp

Changed

• Wayrune recipe now needs a Rune Shard
• Wayrunes are broken by mining them like a normal block (left-click pickup removed)
• Redrawn Wayrune textures, plain block model
• Now requires Minecraft 26.3

• Old Rune Shards will not work in the new recipes
