Changes

• Changed a bunch of the checks for bedrock interactions (breaking), hopefully no more bedrock breaking after this 🙏
• Changed the Toggle menu so now it saves your options per world instead of resetting every time

• Added another option in the toggle menu to specifically disable the dash attack
• added a button for a quick reset instead of having to type /function wither:wither/wither_fix

• only non named entities are affected by conversion and "helpful" entities no longer take damage for being close to the wither

Bug Fixes

• A few toggles weren't completely truthful to their intention
• Other smaller fixes and code optimization
