A Datapack to fix the Bug that Minecraft Skips ticks for Arrows which makes things like XBow Carting almost 100% luck based. I fixed this issue with this Plugin it might also work in older Versions but I didnt try it. It works on higher versions but its practically useless on versions above 1.21.6
