Deepfalls is a new dimension with unique ores, mobs, biomes, and even a new boss! To access this dimension, you will neeed to find a Village with a Deepologist. Their houses look like the images below:





Deepologists will sell you Encased Grite as a first level trade. Buy 10 of these and they will level up and give you a Deepfalls Portal Igniter, which is used to light the portal. Place the Encased Grite in a Nether Portal shape and light it to enter the Deepfalls.

DO NOT read beyond this point if you don't want spoilers! Take a look at the Advancements tab for a bit of guidance if you want to go in blind.
New Additions:
Blocks
Grite:
-This is a very common stone in Deepfalls that can be used for stone tools. It has many decorative variants such as polished stone and bricks.
Encased Grite:
-Made with Polished Grite and Iron or obtained by trading with a Deepologist Villager. It is used to make the Deepfalls portal.
Rocky Substrate:
-This is a version of Grite found throughout the Tide Pools biome. It can be smelted into Cobbled Grite.
Malskabar:
-This is a semi-common stone found in layers within Deepfalls. It can be polished.
Icrodite:
-This is a semi-common stone found in layers within Deepfalls. It can be polished, and is very similar to Malskabar.
Darkrock:
-This is an uncommon stone found on the outer layer of Erytherite Geodes. The stone is blast proof.
Malcite:
-A black version of Calcite found inside of an Erytherite Geode.
Depth Sand:
-A common ground block found in the waters of every biome except the Crags and on the floor of the Deepdunes. It can be crafted into Depth Sandstone or Depth Glass.
Depth Sandstone:
-A common stone found in the Deepdunes or by crafting. It comes in all of the variants that Sandstone does.
Depth Glass:
-This version of Glass is made from smelting Depth Sand. It works the same as normal Glass, with a Pane version included.
Gloomvine:
-This is a common plant found on the ceiling of every biome, with it being more dense in the Gloomvine Caverns and less dense in the Crags. The vines can be bonemealed to grow more glowing flowers.
Bloomkelp:
-This is a very common water plant. The edible glowing flowers can be obtained using shears.
Deepgrass:
-An uncommon pinkish seagrass found in Pools within the Tide Pools biome.
Glowcoral:
-A white coral found in Tide Pools.
Blue Cactus:
-A thin cactus block found in the Deepdunes biome. It can be smelted into Cyan Dye.
Mossy Grite:
-A version of Grite found in the Emerald Jungle biome with a thin layer of Emerald Moss on it.
Emerald Moss:
-Uncommon version of Moss found in the Emerald Jungle. Using Bone Meal on it will grow Emerald plants.
Emerald Blewit:
-A thin mushroom with a large cap found in the Emerald Jungle. These are quite useful for scaffolding.
Hyacinth:
-This is a bright 2 block tall flower found occasionally in the Emerald Jungle.
Emerald Grass:
-A common plant found in the Emerald Jungle. It has no use.
Emeraldite Wood:
-A new wood set found in the Emerald Jungle. The trees can be quite large.
Deepfalls Emerald Ores:
-There are 3 new Emerald Ores found in the Emerald Jungle. These are Grite, Malskabar, and Icrodite Emerald Ore. They function the same as normal Emerald Ore.
Colored Lamp:
-This new Redstone block is made with Aquillite, Huetenite, and Erytherite. it will display a different color based on the Redstone signal strength it is given.
Deepology Table:
-This block can be made with wood and Aquillite. It is the Deepologist's work station.
Ancient Drill:
-This is a rare block made with the Ancient Drill Head found in the Ancient Monastery. It is able to crack Veilite when powered by Redstone, which allows the player to mine the ore without a Veilite Pickaxe.
Skullforge:
-Made with Aquillite and Rusted Bones, this block allows players to make the head of any other player with Echo Shards and a Skeleton Skull.
Spikerock:
-A falling block that damages most mobs beneath it. These are spawned by the Archminister as an attack.
Ores
Aquillite Ore:
This is a common ore found in medium size veins at any height in Deepfalls used for a lot of crafting recipes. It is most common at Y=64.
Huetenite Ore:
An uncommon ore found in Deepfalls at any level. It is used to make Colored Lamps.
Erytherite Geodes:
These are rare crystals found within Geodes made of Malcite and Darkrock. Erytherite is used in a lot of crafting recipes.
Veilite:
A rare ore that can be used to make tools and armor. It is found between Y=16-64, with it being most common at Y=40.
Items
Deepfalls Portal Igniter:
-This item can be crafted with an Emerald and an Aquillite Ingot. Its only use is to light the Encased Grite portal.
Veilite Gear:
-This gear is an upgrade to Netherite. It can be made by upgrading Netherite gear with a Template and a Veilite Ingot.
Emerald Apple:
-This rare food item is stronger than a normal Golden Apple. It's found exclusively within the Ancient Monastery.
Smithing Templates:
-There is a new Armor Trim and Upgrade Template within this mod:
-The Crepuscular Armor Trim is found in Ancient Monasteries
-The Veilite Upgrade is found in Ancient Monasteries
Rusted Bone:
-This item is dropped occasionally from Deeplanterns. It can be used to make the Skullforge and can be smelted into Iron Ingots.
Sheathmetal Scrap:
-This item can be dropped from Mournclaws. It is used to make a Shield.
Glowing Goo:
-This item is spat out by Glowblorbs periodically. It is used to make Spectral Arrows.
Sheathmetal Shield:
-This shield is slightly better than a normal Shield. It has more durability and will make Deeplanterns and Mournclaws ignore the player when they are blocking.
Deepslayer:
-A legendary weapon that is dropped by the Archminister. It has the same damage as a Veilite Sword, but right clicking will activate its shadow form, where you get huge buffs with the tradeoff of draining your health.
Music Discs:
-There are two new Music Discs within this mod:
-Ministry is found in the Ancient Monastery
-Tall Order is dropped by the Archminister
Mobs
Deeplantern:

This mob is one of four common monsters that spawns in Deepfalls. They will only attack the player when they are in areas with high light, so try to avoid blocks like Glowing Goo and Hyacinths.

Drops:
-0-1 Rusted Bone (+34% chance to get a second one per level of Looting)
Mournclaw:

This is the second of four common mobs in Deepfalls. As these creatures are like the opposite of a Deeplantern, they only attack players in areas with low light level. They will inflict the Sorrow Effect on any mob they hit, which will increase your gravity and decrease your step height and movement speed.

Drops:
-0-1 Sheathmetal Scrap (+34% chance to get a second one per level of Looting)
Glowblorb:

The third of four common Deepfalls mobs. These guys will float towards player to inspect them and then drift away for a little bit. They spit out a substance called Glowing Goo, which can be used to alert Deeplanterns if the player is near it.

Sootle:

This is the last common Deepfalls mob. They are small Silverfish-like creatures that like to eat torches. Any non-fatal blow will cause them to explode.

Atk: Up to 29 (Explosion)

-0-1 Gunpowder
BOSS
The Archminister:

This is a very strong boss. If you decide you want to challenge him, then you need to right click him to start the dialogue. If he rejects your challenge, then he will spawn a Deeplantern and a Mournclaw. The Archminister will reject any player that has not yet aquired a piece of Veilite gear. If you have a piece of Veilite equipment then he will challenge you and start the bossfight. The Archminister has a few attacks, such as spawning Spikerocks, hitting with his sword, or regenerating health. If you manage to get him below 10 health, he will use the Deepslayer's Shadow Form to give him strength and start a second phase where he is faster and stronger. This second phase will also allow him to spawn in Deeplanterns and Mournclaws to aid in battle.

Defeating this boss will give you these following items:
-1 Tall Order Music Disc
-12-20 Emeralds (+0-3 more per level of Looting)
-1 Emerald Apple (50%)
-2-4 Diamond (37.5%)
-1 Veilite Scrap (12.5%)
-1 Damaged Enchanted Veilite Helmet (2% +1% per level of Looting)
-1 Damaged Deepslayer (8.5% +1 per level of Looting)
Biomes
Crags:

This is an uncommon biome that contain few Gloomvines. There are lots of Grite columns on the floors and ceiling of the biome.
Deepdunes:

This is a semi-common biome with a floor made of Depth Sand and Depth Sandstone. it is the only biome where Blue Cactus spawns.
Emerald Jungle:

The rarest biome in Deepfalls. There is a ton of light-emitting Emerald Plants here, along with many veins of Emerald Ore in the walls.
Gloomvine Caverns:

The most common biome in Deepfalls. This biome has the densest covering of Gloomvines on the ceiling.
Tide Pools:

A semi-common biome with a floor of Rocky Substrate with small pools of water. Deepgrass and Glowcoral spawn in these pools.
Structure
The Ancient Monastery:

This is a semi-rare structure found in any Deepfalls biome. The stairs at the entrance lead to the Archminister's boss room, with smaller rooms and hallways connecting to this central room. Many of the Deepfalls monsters protect the chests within the rooms. This is the only place where you can obtain Emerald Apples, Ancient Drill Heads, Both Music Discs, and both Smithing Templates.
