Make note blocks can ring the sounds that beyond vanilla's range. Modified the pitches from 0.5 to 2.0 to 0.0 to 10.0.

/playsound minecraft:block.note_block.harp record @s ~ ~ ~ 100 0.001 # It's allowed now.
/playsound minecraft:block.note_block.harp record @s ~ ~ ~ 100 9.999 # same.
