Wormhole Artifact

With copper and an ender pearl, you can now craft the Wormhole Artifact, a useful item that allows you to teleport to your friends in the same dimension through a simple UI, without using commands.

There’s also an upgrade called the Wormhole Remote, which allows you to teleport to players even if they’re in another dimension.

The UI shows you in real time the name, dimension (included the 5 modded dimensions from the images, if not, just will show "???") and block distance (if you are in the same dimension) of all the players that have a wormhole artifact or wormhole remote.

The durability and cooldown of both items and the ender nacre drop from ender pearls probability can be configured in the wormhole-artifact-config.toml

Just remember to have a wormhole artifact or a wormhole remote so others can teleport to you!
