Changes
The previous fix for guiding/subtle only grabbed the yaw from the player, not the pitch. This caused subtle+guiding arrows to be very slow and floaty.
Also adds a tweak to the ender arrows, allowing them to load chunks while also making them do double damage compared to an end pearl, to balance the absurd distances they can allow players to travel.
