Changes
Advanced Computers:
- Rework internet api, supporting a variety of http request methods, as well as making http requests themselves asynchronous.
- Http(s) requests now require a direct/indirect connection to any kind of WAN router
- Add computer-to-computer network message sending, including cables and 3 different routers. Simply open a port on the receiver's end, send the packet and wait for it to arrive. Even across dimensions, if both sides have a wan router (packets take a variable amount of time depending on noise and distance).
- Add the debugger item so you can figure out what networks a computer is connected to, why a computer may have crashed and what the advanced computers IP address of the computer that you are looking at is.
- HDDs and Floppys now have a limited amount of storage capcity.
- Improve punchcard code displaying
- Tweak built-in UEFI code slightly, as well as Advanced OS
- Fix some spelling in the mod description
- Fix dedicated server refusing to start (introduced in 0.5.1)
- Add Digital Crafter https://wiki.ac.ghxx.dev/Digital_Crafter
- Add Adapter block for interacting with Jukeboxes, Noteblocks and Computers https://wiki.ac.ghxx.dev/Adapter
- Fix cluster code some more
Lua runtime (JLuaVM):
- Add coroutine.resumeWithTimeout (see https://wiki.ac.ghxx.dev/JLuaVM#Additional_standard_library_functions)
- Rename vm.listUDKeys(userdata) --> vm.listUdKeys(userdata), this may break old AdvancedOS installs
- Minor fixes
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
