Adventures in Time: Anti-Duplication

This project makes it so:

TARDISes placed in creative don't give players subsystems on interior change
TARDISes placed in creative don't make subsystems lose durability over time or at all
TARDISes no longer drop subsystems on the ground at all during interior change

Command to manually add or remove a TARDIS to the Creative added list.
Command to check whether a TARDIS was placed in Creative or not.
Command to give a TARDIS unlimited fuel (toggleable).
