All stars elementals 0.3.0

Added all passives and nerfs except the darkness passive and lightning nerf because they require the attacks to work.
Added poison's first attack and fire's first attack, but fire's first attack visuals is broken, because the texture it is using isn't in the default photon, since i'm using mcreator there are no plugins for 1.21.1, i'll try to make a modpack where the texture is in already, or you could go in the mod and take the texture from the assets folder and put it in the ldlib2 folder. If you know how i can make it work, please comment to tell me.
