- "overworld" is now the only supported dimension_type. all others are no longer availible.
- the noise settings presets no longer include end or nether presets, leaving only "amplified","caves","floating_islands", and "overworld" presets.
- only three cave dimensions exist now: dripstone, lush, and plains. this is because of the redundancy, since all other possible permutations were effectively identical in recent minecraft versions.
- pack is now using beet instead of autohotkey
