Updates:

• Entire spawn weight system was reworked so all spawns have been revisited and tweaked accordingly - some might be more/less rare now
• Legendaries should be a little bit rarer now
• Our discord bot hasn't been updated to accomodate the 1.8 changes yet so chances will vary but spawn locations didn't change

Miscellaneous & Fixes:

• Fixed Shadow Lugia still using the evolution method instead of the cosmetic slot like Mewtwo
• Fixed Mewtwo's shiny eyes being the non-shiny color
• Rewrote lots of files/code for Cobblemon 1.8
• Updated necessary species files for 1.8
