Added support for Eva's Scroll Tweaks horizontal scrolling; is not required.
- If Eva's Scroll Tweaks is active, horizontal scrolling will take over as how you scroll through with your offhand. There is a contingency included in that mod for those without horizontal scrolling.
- Your scroll binds from it will also work.
Fixed not being able to interact with blocks with your offhand
Fixed 'pick block' not working for the offhand
