Made the mod ACTUALLY PLAYABLE in survival

Hotfix 1.0.31

• Blocks for the mod like copper wire and totems were not dropping or breaking fast enough
• All blocks should drop when broken now
• Gilded plate, both totems, Copper Wire, Nender brick, and the Ether Lever require a stone pickaxe and are easy to break
• the Chachapoyan Idol and Dragon Pedestal require iron pickaxe

Copper Wire item drop is now shrunken down in scale
