⚡ Applied Quantum Inscriber v2.3.2
Applied Quantum Inscriber 2.3.2 brings critical bug fixes for multiblock structure detection and visual meshing, an overhaul to the GUI press slots, and automation guidance for high-throughput batch crafting. Available for Minecraft 1.20.1 (Forge) and Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge)!
🛠️ Fixes & Multiblock Migration
- Automatic Multiblock Recovery: Fixed an issue where updating from previous versions could mistakenly register a 5x5x5 multiblock as 3x3x3 in the GUI and show ME as offline. Existing structures in loaded chunks are now automatically validated and re-formed without needing to break and replace blocks.
- Instant Port Recovery & Unforming:
- Right-clicking an unindexed or newly placed Quantum Port immediately scans adjacent blocks and forms valid structures on the spot.
- Breaking the Quantum Port now triggers an immediate server-side unform, preventing desyncs.
- Invisible Inscribers Visual Fix: Fixed a rendering glitch where breaking the Quantum Port or an inscriber block left the remaining inscribers completely invisible. Section-level re-meshing now properly triggers neighbor dirtying across all intersecting chunk sections (fully compatible with Vanilla, Embeddium, and Sodium).
🖥️ GUI & Usability
- Ghost Item Press Indicators: Replaced the confusing hardcoded
"C","E","L","S"and"+"slot labels. Empty press slots now display cycling semi-transparent ghost press items, clearly indicating that any inscriber press (including addon presses) can be placed in any slot. - Unified Press Tooltips: Hovering over empty press slots now displays a clear, localized tooltip: "Dedicated Press Slot (Accepts any Inscriber Press)".
📖 Documentation & Guides
- Batch Crafting Pro-Tip: Added a comprehensive guide in both the in-game AE2 Guidebook and README explaining why standard 1-to-1 patterns (
1 Ingot -> 1 Circuit) bottleneck parallel processing, along with recommended batch pattern setups (16x, 32x, 64x) to unleash the full 26x–124+ parallel operations speed.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
