Changes
Applied Quantum Inscriber v2.3.0 (Minecraft 1.20.1)
New Features & Mod Compatibility
- Addon Inscriber Presses: Added compatibility for presses and recipes from popular AE2 addons (Mega Cells, Advanced AE, Applied Flux, Insane AE, AE Omni Cells, AE2 Crystal Science, and others).
- Universal Press Integration: Added full support for the AE2 Universal Inscriber Press. Placing a single universal press automatically satisfies all press requirements.
- Expanded Press Storage: Increased dedicated press slots in the interface from 4 to 9 slots.
- ExtendedAE Integration:
- Extended Inscribers can now be used as valid multiblock blocks, granting bonus processing speed and higher operation parallelism.
- Added native support for Circuit Cutter and Slicer bulk-crafting recipes directly inside the Quantum Inscriber, complete with JEI recipe display.
GUI & Usability Improvements
- Interactive Manual Input: Players can now directly place, take, and Shift-click items into the Input buffer and extract finished items from the Output buffer.
- Buffer Page Navigation: Added dedicated
<and>page buttons alongside mouse wheel scrolling to easily browse through buffer pages. - Full Item Displays: Buffer slots now show live item rendering, stack counts, and standard hover tooltips.
Visual & Performance Fixes
- Embeddium & Sodium Compatibility: Resolved an issue where performance mods bypassed block-hiding during chunk meshing, causing interior blocks to stay visible.
- Structure Aesthetics: Fixed shell z-fighting and texture flicker on formed multiblocks. The transparent chamber, floating core, and laser lattice now render cleanly as intended.
Documentation
- In-Game Guide Update: Corrected multiblock structure tables in the guidebook to accurately display the supported 3x3x3 (Small) and 5x5x5 (Large) tiers.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
