1.3+mod
Compatibility
Changes
1.3's attempt to clean up disabled advancements/crafting recipes is bugged. I'm leaving this up for archive purposes but marking it as an alpha. Play 1.3.1 which fixes this issue.
Ardwick 1.3 cleans up jank, balances the game further, and adds some new building options.
Features
- Leads can be connected from one fence to another.
- Flammable blocks (including TNT) set fire when placed in the Nether.
- Campfires and Soul Campfires placed in the Nether auto-light.
- Soul Campfire recipe brought in-line with Campfire recipe.
- Rotten Flesh or Feathers act as fishing bait when held in the off-hand slot, speeding up fishing but consuming one bait per fish.
- Mobs that damage the player are tagged so that they never despawn.
- A Compass not used on a Lodestone now always points North.
- Glistening Melons are now edible and instantly restore 4HP.
- Horse and Nautilus armour now slows down your mount.
- Enemies get more dangerous the further you travel down in the world. Zombies and Spiders gain speed, Skeletons gain strength, and Creepers explode quicker.
- Totems of Undying can be crafted with 3 Gold Blocks, 2 Gold Ingots, and 2 Emeralds. This locks it behind the Nether, Brewing, and Villagers as a late-game niche item.
Balance
- Raw Carrots healing reduced to 1HP but stack size increased to 16.
- Cooked Carrots now stack to 4.
- Crossbows get a hidden Quick Charge I and Piercing I enchantment, in addition to their existing hidden Power II enchantment.
- Husks now afflict the player with poison instead of hunger since hunger is irrelevant in Ardwick.
- Gold Ingots can now be sold to Clerics, Weaponsmiths, Armourers, and Toolsmiths 1:1 with Emeralds.
- Golden Apples cost 16 emeralds, down from 18.
- Froglights are now craftable from Glowstone, Nether Quartz, Magma Cream, and a relevant dye. Can be redyed later.
Fixes
- "Bottle of Tears" renamed "Bottle o' Tears"
- Stack size conversions are now handled gracefully in the inventory. Prevents crafting via shift-clicking from creating impossible stacks that don't get converted with other attributes appropriately.
- The Vigour bar no longer overrides the Nautilus bar whilst riding a Nautilus.
- Replaced a bunch of disabled recipes with a filter block. This is just a better way to disable recipes and has reduced the pack's size by around ~10%.
- Other recipe clean up.

Known Issues
- The happy ghast issue from the last update turned out to be my happy ghast dying to a snowberry bush.
- I've inadvertantly broken Advancements and Recipe blocks in this version with what I thought was a good method. New update will be out soon to fix this. Lesson learned, don't fix something that isn't broken.

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
