Changes
1.1.0
Your armor pack no longer needs to be modified.
- Ships a built-in resource pack with the 48 compatibility rules, enabled by default. Install your armor pack as-is.
- Installation is now a single file in
mods/. - The built-in pack is disableable: if your armor pack ships its own rules, ours would override them — turn it off and keep the
armor_itemproperty, which those rules still need.
Main benefit: you can now update your armor pack from Modrinth normally, without re-patching it every time.
1.0.0
First release.
armor_itemproperty for EMF/ETF.properties, reading worn armor directly from the entity (no NBT, no caching). Supports wildcards, multiple patterns and!negation.- Mixin on
PropertiesRandomProvider.entityCanUpdate()to unblock re-evaluation of equipment-dependent conditions. - Mixin on
HumanoidArmorLayer.getArmorModel()so armor models refresh their variant in-game — without it, they don't update until you press F3+T.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
