Changes
Added
- Track your bed or respawn anchor from the radial menu. Requires a tier 2 nose or higher and uses durability.
- New event scents for throwing an Eye of Ender, opening an End portal, throwing lingering potions, and standing in lingering clouds or dragon's breath.
- Prospector's Nose now detects mushrooms and mushroom blocks.
- Dimensional Nose now detects Nether biomes and crimson/warped fungus.
- Silverfish have a scent. In passive mode, spawners smell like the mob they spawn.
- You can open the settings from the mod list (Mod Menu on Fabric, Mods screen on NeoForge).
Changed
- Passive mode no longer repeats the same nearby mob or block. Once it plays, structures and biomes can play while you stay close. Passive mode also respects the global cooldown now.
- Config files always go to the game's config folder, even if your launcher starts the game from another directory. Files saved in the old location are copied over once.
- Menus, the guide and dialogues now scale with Minecraft's GUI scale, and text stays readable at low resolutions.
Fixed
- A command registration order bug that broke some commands.
- Tracking from the menus and re-tracking from History. A new track now cancels the previous search.
- The trail and block highlight no longer render while the game is paused, and the previous trail fades out properly.
- Settings controls overlapping the scrollbar.
- The OVR link in the guide now opens the Omara Scent Studio app page.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
