ATM10 IceandFire bone fix

a quick datapack to add bone drops to ice and fire dragons in ATM10. Only works on living dragons that you kill, DOES NOT work on skeletal dragons that spawn in the world.

Changes

A quick fix for ATM10's IceAndFire: CE dragonbones not dropping AT ALL. This only works for living dragons at the moment. I will try later to get the pre-genned skeletons to drop as well, but for now you can at least get the bones from dragons you kill.
