How it works

AtomicCrash sends malformed packets with extreme values to the target player's client. This may cause the client to crash, freeze, or disconnect depending on the client version, mods installed, and hardware. Results are not guaranteed.

Features

  • Simple to use
    One command with the player's name and done.
  • Exemption system
    Only players with a higher exemption level can crash you.

Limitations

As of now, there are some limitations with this plugin:

  • Bedrock players are fully exempt.
  • Due to the way how this plugin works, clients can install mods to block malformed packets.

Commands

Command Description
/crash <target> Attempt to crash the target's Minecraft client.
/atomiccrash info Display informations about the plugin.
/atomiccrash reload Reload the plugin's configurations.

Permissions

Permission Description Default
atomiccrash.command.crash Required to crash players. OP
atomiccrash.command.core Required to use /atomiccrash. OP
atomiccrash.command.core.reload Required to /atomiccrash reload. OP
atomiccrash.exempt.<number> Protects the player from being crashed. A player can only be crashed by someone with a higher exemption number than their own or if the command is executed by console. FALSE (assign this permission with permission plugins like LuckPerms)

NOTE

This plugin supports 1.21.10 and 1.21.11, but Java 25 is required for this plugin to work.
