No configuration. No commands. No permissions. Just install the plugin and restart your server.

Installation

1. Download the correct version of the plugin.
2. Place the .jar file inside your server's plugins folder.
3. Restart the server.

Attribute swapping will be enabled automatically.

Compatibility

Attribute Swap Restored is designed for Paper 26+.

Only Minecraft and Paper versions explicitly listed on each release are officially supported. Future versions may require an updated plugin release if Paper changes its internal combat behavior.

Paper forks may work, but are only officially supported when listed on the relevant release.

How it works

The plugin restores Paper's native legacy attribute swapping behavior instead of creating a custom combat system.

This means it does not:

• Replace Minecraft's damage calculations
• Modify items or enchantments
• Add temporary attribute modifiers
• Store player combat data
• Register unnecessary per-tick tasks
• Simulate individual swap techniques manually

Normal combat behavior remains unchanged when no attribute swap is performed.

Privacy

Attribute Swap Restored contains:

• No telemetry
• No analytics
• No update checker
• No network requests
• No data collection
