Changes
Changelog - 1.8.2
Security & Performance
- Network Rate Limiting (Anti-Spam / DDoS): Implemented a thread-safe
NetworkRateLimiterenforcing a 200ms per-player cooldown across all client request packets, preventing malicious clients from flooding the server with listings or history queries. - Economic Safety & Anti-Overflow: Added strict numeric validation (
Double.isFinite(), non-NaN, positive checks, and a 1,000,000,000,000$ cap) across all Pokémon and item prices and offer amounts, preventing precision loss, NaN injections, and arithmetic overflows. - NBT & Item Safety: Restricted item listing stack count to valid ranges (1 to 64) and enforced a 64KB NBT payload ceiling to protect against buffer overflow exploits.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
