Base Defense v2.3.0 â Kingdoms at War & Multi-Base Siege Overhaul
This massive update transforms Base Defense into a complete multiplayer PvPvE kingdom warfare mod! Introducing the Kingdom Hub GUI, player-vs-player siege warfare, dedicated server TPS optimization with singleplayer bypass, dynamic vault upgrades, and an expanded arsenal.
âī¸ Kingdom PvP Sieges (/basedefense raid)
- War Declaration: Rulers and Knights can declare siege against rival claimed kingdoms using
/basedefense raid <player/base>(costs 150 Core Shards from Kingdom Vault). - 3-Minute Preparation Window: War sirens and titles announce the incoming invasion to both kingdoms; the defender flag remains invulnerable while defenders mobilize.
- 10-Minute Siege Window: - Attacking players can assault the enemy Base Flag block directly.
- Standard melee strikes deal 2 HP (with cooldown protection against spam/macros).
- The Kinetic War Hammer deals a massive 10 HP per strike with concussive shockwaves.
- Defender turrets dynamically lock onto enemy invaders.
- Plunder & Conquest Settlement:
- Vault Drain: 40% of the defeated base's digital
storedShardsare transferred to the attacker's vault. - War Chest Drop: Spawns a physical loot container packed with Magnetic Copper, Turret Ammunition, and bonus shards.

đ Per-Base Raids & Server TPS Protection
- Per-Base Siege Progression: Every kingdom tracks its own siege difficulty (
currentDay), allowing newcomers and veterans to co-exist on the same server. - Singleplayer Bypass: Singleplayer / Integrated servers completely bypass spawn queues and caps, maintaining instant sunset horde spawns.
- Server Mob Cap (60 Entities): Dedicated servers enforce a global 60-mob cap, spawning a 12-mob vanguard followed by reinforcement squads when local counts drop below 5.
- Anti-Ghost Raid System: Sieges only trigger at sunset if a defender is present near the base; offline kingdoms are protected from mob destruction.

Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
