Beta Blood Features
-
Damage blood effects - Living entities release particles when they take damage.
-
Procedural blood visuals - Blood drops, splatters, smears, and stains are generated within the engine.
-
Ground and wall stains - Blood can land on terrain, walls, block edges, grass, flowers, and other nearby surfaces.
-
Death effects - Entity deaths create stronger bursts, extra drips, and larger stains.
-
Blood intensity slider - Increase or reduce the amount of blood shown.
-
Multiplayer support - Compatible with vanilla servers and syncs with players who also have the mod.
-
Performance limits - Active particle and stain caps prevent mob farms from creating unlimited visual effects.
-
Fire-damage filtering - Burning mobs do not spawn blood from ambient fire damage, reducing lag during daylight mob burn events.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
