Main changes
- Configurable volume
- You can now set the volume for thunder in the config.
- Added a log greeting when the mod is initialized

Global thunder changes
- Distance-based volume
- Calculates ideal volume for the thunder noise based on your distance from the lightning bolt (using the base volume in the config)
- Fixed incorrect directional calculation
- Default distance multiplier is now 0.2
- Previously 0.05, but was increased because directional calculation was changed
- Explains some configuration options better
