Flag banners and oversized banner tiers. Purely server-side paper plugin, no mods or resource packs required.

Features

• Flag banners - mount any banner as a hanging flag on fence posts, walls, chains, bars (iron and copper variants), glass panes, and lightning/end rods. Shift-click to place normally.
• Large & Huge banners - upgrade normal banners into bigger variants that keep their patterns. See the catalog. Can be used as flags as well.
  • Crafting recipe: surround a banner or large banner with wool to bump it up a tier
• Large/Huge banners are the ingredient for Mechanism Large and Huge windmills.

Break the block that a flag/large/huge banner is attached to to remove it, or right click the block with shears. Large/Huge banners placed on the floor behave like regular banners, in that they can be facing different directions. Flag banners can also be facing any direction, and a single "pole" can have many flag banners.
