Bladebound v1.2.5
🛠️ Bug Fixes & Stability Update
This update focuses on fixing several critical survival issues, improving cross-dimension stability, and hardening world generation behavior.
✨ Fixes
- Fixed mana resetting to its starting value (100) when traveling between dimensions (e.g. Overworld ↔ Nether).
- Fixed mana HUD desync where mana would take several seconds to update after dimension changes.
- Fixed accessory items (Cooldown Bracelet, Murasame Gauntlets) disappearing or resetting after dimension travel.
- Fixed accessory slot desynchronization, including ghost items, unusable slots, and incorrect slot placement.
- Improved inventory syncing reliability for built-in accessory slots.
- Fixed the Sword in the Stone block displaying a missing texture after removing the sword, ensuring it correctly switches back to the empty Sword in the Stone block.
🌍 World Generation
- Fixed structures spawning underground in modded environments.
- Improved surface snapping logic to prevent structures from anchoring to caves or underground air pockets.
- While most noticeable with Frieren’s Tower and Excalibur’s Church, the fix applies to all Bladebound surface structures.
- Worldgen behavior is now more robust when used alongside other structure-heavy mods.
⚙️ Technical Improvements
- Improved player data handling during dimension transitions.
- Reduced client/server desync cases related to custom player state.
- General stability improvements for survival playthroughs.
This update is recommended for all players, especially those playing in modpacks or survival worlds.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
