⚡ Blitz: Alpha 0.2.0
🏭 Teaching, Logistics, and the First Fluid Loop! This release extends your early factory beyond safe electricity. We are introducing item routing, advanced fluid management, connected tanks, and Tier 1 fluid machines to build your first real production loops.
✨ New Features & Content
📦 Logistics & Routing
- Added a full suite of pipes:
Stone Pipe,Gold Pipe,Copper Routing Pipe,Filter Pipe,Pump Pipe, andFluid Pipe. - Added pipe covers and micro-cover support for cleaner, hidden routing.
- Intelligent Routing: Added route checks so pumps and item pipes will not pull items if every destination route is blocked.
- Directional Fluid Flow: Added pump-owned fluid flow; a pump-fed target tank can no longer immediately push fluid back into the source line.
- Safe Transfers: Added atomic fluid transfer rollback. Blocked or partial target fills will no longer duplicate or delete water/lava.
- Pipe Range: Fluid pipes now have a 15-block range limit. Placing additional
Pump Pipeblocks will refresh this range.
💧 Fluid Storage & Machines
- Added the
Glass Fluid Tank, featuring 6-bucket per-block storage and support for connected multi-block tank networks. - Implemented strict water/lava line compatibility rules—marked lines will not mix incompatible fluids.
- Added the
Magma Former: A Tier 1 LV machine that consumes water, lava, ice cooling, and energy to form cobblestone, stone, or obsidian. - Added the
Calibell(Localized in Turkish asSoğutucu): A Tier 1 LV cooler that turns water into ice (UsesSnow Blockfor early-game recipe access). - Established Tier 1 fluid-machine math: 1600 BE buffers, 16 BE packet intake, no energy output, and standard overload heat/meltdown behavior for higher-voltage packets.
📖 Teaching, UI & Integration
- Guidebook Expansion: Overhauled guidebook pages with new chapters for side configuration, fluid tanks, fluid pipes, mining requirements, and your first fluid machines.
- JEI Support: Added and revised JEI (Just Enough Items) info text for the new logistics and fluid machine blocks.
- Machine Safety: All GUI machines now default their configurable faces to disabled upon placement.
- Redstone Control: Added a side-config redstone control toggle for machines:
- Gunpowder: No signal required (always active).
- Redstone: The machine only operates while receiving a redstone signal.
- Automation Ready: Added hopper-compatible item I/O through configured item input/output faces.
- Added release-ready mining and drop data coverage for all new logistics, tank, fuse, and fluid-machine blocks.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
