News
- New version support: 1.21.8, 26.1.2, 26.2 and 26.3 Fabric and NeoForge
Block Pops now runs on every version from 1.20.1 to 26.3: Forge and Fabric on 1.20.1, and Fabric and NeoForge on every version after it.
- Plushes and the new Gacha Machine
The Gacha Machine has its own collections: plushes! There are six to start with: Jujutsu Kaisen, Adventure Time, Pikmin, Hunter x Hunter, Castle Crashers and Chainsaw Man. Every plush is a block you can place, and right-clicking it changes it to its other variants. Craft it with iron ingots on both sides, and a barrel, glass and a dispenser down the middle.
- Holographic figures and plushes
One draw in 25 comes out holographic: a rainbow foil with sparkles, with its own sound and announcement. It stays holographic in its box, placed and in your inventory.
- The draw now plays out in the menu
Using a token no longer closes the menu. A light runs over the figures you could get, slows down and stops on the one you got.
- Blue and Gold Tickets
Use a Blue Ticket on a Claw or Gacha Machine to get a regular token, or a Gold Ticket to get a guaranteed one. The Blue Ticket is also the new icon of the Block Pops creative tab.
- Brand new menus
Every menu has a new look, the same one as Quick Skin. The menus no longer touch your GUI Scale: they pick their own size from your window. The machine menu opens with a comic halftone effect, and it has Figures and Plushes tabs.
- Custom sounds
Buttons, tabs, the draw, the boxes and the plushes now have their own sounds instead of Minecraft's.
- Undiscovered figures and plushes show in black and white
In the menu you can now see what you're missing: every figure shows in black and white until you get it.
- See every version of a figure in the menu
Figures with alternative skins and plushes with variants show which one you are seeing ("1/3"). Click the cell to see the next one.
- What does each token do?
Hover the "i" next to each token count to see its ticket: when you get the next one, when the guaranteed token resets (in your own time), and what gives you more.

Special plushes for supporters
Some plush collections have special plushes, outlined in purple. They're unlocked for supporters. Click the supporter button (the cup with a heart) in the machine menu, or use
/blockpops supporter. After paying, click the link in the chat to tie your Ko-fi email to your Minecraft name. The special plushes unlock in about a minute.

Working Progress
- Custom Collections
Still in development. The tab is already there, but it's marked as coming in the next update.
- In-game collection creator
A creator for world collections, right inside the game, is on the way.
Many things have changed internally: the server and every player must use Block Pops 2.0.0.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
