Blocklings Revival 1.0.9
First of all, I apologize for the issues in version 1.0.8. I had a hard drive malfunction while working on the update, and unfortunately an issue slipped through testing.
🌳 Woodcutting Fix
- Fixed an issue where Blocklings would only cut down trees grown from Oak Saplings.
- Blocklings should now correctly recognize and cut other supported tree types.
📦 Improved Item Pickup
Because Blocklings are very small, Minecraft's vanilla item pickup system would often fail to detect dropped items even when a Blockling walked directly over them.
This has now been improved for both Fabric and NeoForge:
- Blocklings can pick up dropped items within approximately 2.5 blocks while walking.
- After cutting down a tree, including when using the Falling Tree behavior, the Blockling will collect dropped items around the trunk.
- Collected items are placed directly into the Blockling's inventory instead of being left on the ground.
Thank you for your patience, and sorry again for the problems with 1.0.8.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
