Bloom Benchmark
Bloom Benchmark is a lightweight, completely client-side Fabric mod that runs a consistent in-game performance test. Instead of relying on rough estimates or hardware specifications, it measures real Minecraft performance inside a standardized, fixed-seed world.
Features
- Measures your average FPS
- Calculates your 1% low FPS to reveal stutters
- Tracks average and 95th-percentile frame times
- Monitors peak Java memory usage
- Uses a fixed seed and automatic camera movement for more comparable results
- Includes a 15-second warm-up followed by a 60-second measurement
- Displays results directly inside Minecraft
- Saves a detailed report locally
- Includes a convenient Run Again option
How to use it
-
- Install Bloom Benchmark alongside Fabric API.
-
- Launch Minecraft.
-
- Click Bloom Benchmark on the title screen.
-
- Let the automated test finish.
-
- Review your results inside Minecraft.
The mod creates a dedicated local benchmark world, controls the camera automatically, and handles the complete test without requiring any in-game setup.
Privacy and compatibility
Bloom Benchmark is entirely client-side and does not need to be installed on a server. Benchmark results and hardware measurements remain on your computer—they are never uploaded or shared.
Bloom Benchmark also powers the real-world performance testing behind Bloom Client AutoTune, helping Bloom Client select settings based on measured performance instead of generic recommendations.
