Bonemeal Renewable Coral

Bonemealing coral blocks replaces each of the 26 blocks in a 3x3x3 with coral blocks, with 3% chance per block.

I really want renewable coral, and had a different idea than adding a crafting recipe. This makes them easy to manually farm but hard to automatically farm.
