Changes and Additions:

• WHISTLE RECIPE Now the whistle is not acquired solely through trading. Two bones and an iron nugget are all that you need! Also it's DYEABLE with tone combinations!

Bugfixes:

• Fixed a Dedicated Server crash caused by unwrapped client-only code;
• Tweaked Hooligan Wandering Trader to behave more consistently with the vanilla counterpart;
• Tweaked new flight animation state machine to dynamically handle animation changes for client and observers;
• Fixed sprint particles spawning even when dragon is standing still;
• Fixed wild dragons sleeping due to hunger instead of hunger;
• Fixed some visual inconsistencies on the Gronckle;
