Building Import Features
🏗️ Structure Migration
- Rotation Code Support: When importing structures, the original rotation codes are fully preserved, ensuring that building orientations and details remain completely consistent with the designs in Box3, achieving 1:1 accurate restoration.
🎨 Rendering & Visual Optimization
-
Connected Glass System: For blocks marked as transparent in the configuration (such as various types of glass/stained glass), when adjacent blocks share the same material, the system automatically hides the internal boundaries between contact surfaces. This eliminates the grid-like dark separations between individual blocks, significantly enhancing the overall texture and visual continuity of large glass surfaces.
-
Intelligent Barrier System:
- Barrier blocks default to a fully transparent rendering mode (while retaining full collision volume), making them suitable for creating invisible boundaries, fall-prevention zones, and similar scenarios.
- The
/box3barriercommand can temporarily enable a visualization mode, assisting with building alignment and debugging, thereby improving construction efficiency.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
