Changes
1.3.0
Large content update focused on enchantment machinery, renewable resource automation and expandable digital storage.
Added
- Arcane Extractor, which removes one selected enchantment from an item and transfers it to a book. Registered modded enchantments and curses are supported.
- Runic Matrix, which applies a selected compatible enchantment and level in exchange for energy, lapis lazuli and player experience. Treasure enchantments are supported and item handling is intentionally manual.
- Biological Simulator, which generates creature drops using energy, Organic Nutrient and limited-use Biological Capsules.
- Iron, Gold, Diamond, Netherite and Echo Biological Capsules, each with its own creature-health limit and number of uses.
- Creature registration by killing a compatible creature while carrying an empty capsule in the hotbar or offhand.
- Support for compatible modded creatures, regular loot tables and special event-driven drops in the Biological Simulator.
- Looting Upgrade for improving Biological Simulator drops.
- Dynamic JEI Biological Simulation recipes showing which captured creatures can produce an item.
- Electric Cultivator with a 5x5 working area, automatic harvesting and replanting, optional growth acceleration, vertical-crop support and handling for melons and pumpkins growing just outside its area.
- Digital Storage Terminal with searching, pagination and persistent sorting by name, quantity or mod.
- Storage Drives and 4K, 16K, 64K and 256K Storage Cells. Cell contents remain stored when a cell is removed from a drive.
- Digital Crafting Terminal with a persistent 3x3 grid and JEI recipe-transfer support using ingredients from the storage network.
- Partial recipe filling with ghost previews for missing ingredients.
- Digital Storage Interface for automated network import and export, with per-side modes and reusable item-filter support.
- Digital Network Cable for connecting terminals, interfaces and drives, with individual connections configurable using the Quarry Wrench.
- Advancements, recipes, models, textures, tooltips and English and Brazilian Portuguese translations for the new content.
Changed
- Item cable networks now transfer 4 items per second.
- Fluid cable networks now transfer 100 mB/t.
- Energy cable networks now transfer 3,200 FE/t.
- Generator output and Energy Cell input/output are now limited to 3,200 FE/t.
- Item cable routing now prioritizes whitelist filters, then blacklist filters, and finally unfiltered fallback destinations.
- Unfiltered extraction and insertion connections now accept every valid item; filters are no longer required on both ends.
- Multiple item-cable sources and destinations now rotate fairly between transfer cycles.
- Quarry Wrench descriptions were shortened and generalized for the expanded machine and network lineup.
Fixed
- Fixed search fields closing machine interfaces when typing the inventory key.
- Fixed several overlapping labels, slots and counters in the new interfaces.
- Fixed large stored-item counts overflowing their Digital Storage Terminal slots.
- Fixed Digital Storage Terminal contents remaining visible without power.
- Fixed crafting-grid contents returning to the player when closing or changing recipes; ingredients now remain in the grid or return to digital storage as appropriate.
- Fixed JEI recipe transfer remaining active when no ingredients were available.
- Fixed vertical crops not receiving growth acceleration from the Cultivator.
- Fixed melons and pumpkins outside the Cultivator area not being harvested when their stems were inside the working area.
Compatibility
- Existing 1.2.0 worlds and machines remain supported.
- Built for Minecraft Java 1.20.1 and Java 17 on Forge and Fabric.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
