Changes
- Added the Prospecting enchantment; The tool glows red if there are nearby ores.
- Added the Spelunker enchantment; The tool glows red if any suspicious sand, gravel, treasure, or spawners are nearby.
- Adjusted the Tempered enchantment; a wider range of blocks can be harvested without durability loss.
- Renamed tempered_affects tag to damage_tempered, tools with tempered take damage only when mining blocks in this tag.
- Fixed an issue where damage reduction did not work correctly in Neoforge builds.
- Fixed a visual issue where the Barrier entity layer did not sync with arm swing animations.
- Fixed a visual issue where the Barrier entity layer did not render on mobs with the barrier enchantment active.

Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not.
