๐ Version 1.9.0
๐ฏ Curios API compatibility for the sandbox inventory swap
โจ New Features
- ๐งฟ Added optional compatibility with Curios API
- ๐ Curio slots (rings, trinkets, and other accessory items) are now swapped between Survival and the Build Sandbox, just like the main inventory
- ๐พ Curio inventories are saved separately per dimension and persist across relogs and world restarts
๐ฎ Gameplay
-
If Curios API is installed:
- Entering the sandbox stores your Survival curios and loads your Sandbox curios (empty on first entry)
- Exiting the sandbox restores your Survival curios and stores your Sandbox curios
-
If Curios API is not installed, the mod works exactly as before โ this integration is fully optional
๐ ๏ธ Technical Changes
- Added a safe Curios compatibility layer that only activates when Curios API is detected, so the mod runs fine with or without it
- Curio data is stored using Curios' own inventory serialization, so items with internal data (backpacks, storage items, etc.) keep their contents intact through the swap
๐ง Still actively working on the remaining known bugs โ more fixes coming in the next update.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
