Changes and fixes

• Changed oleander shrub generation on biomes Oleander Gardens and Mediterranean Scrubland: oleanders now generate more in Oleander Gardens and less in Mediterranean Scrubland, so that it would make sense to have the Oleander Gardens biome;
• The Italian Cypress Tree now has the correct shape, and its leaves now drop saplings;
• Fixed mediterranean biomes’s rose bush generation;
• Fixed item texture rendering in inventory, not anymore with block/3D texture;
• Adjusted loot-table for leaves and blocks that didn’t have it;
• Mediterranean biomes are now registered as PLAINS biomes instead of SAVANNA;
