Changes
Calm Bubbles 1.0.0
- Initial release for Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge 21.1.x; built with 21.1.20).
- Feature: disables the push/pull effects of vanilla bubble columns (soul sand / magma).
- Behavior: visuals remain, but no vertical movement for players, mobs, items, or boats.
- Tech: implemented via mixin to
BubbleColumnBlock#entityInside. - Install: server-side only is supported (clients can be vanilla); client is optional.
- Config: none in this version (toggles planned later).
- Compatibility: may conflict with mods that alter bubble column behavior in the same method.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
