- Fixed an issue where a dynasty's data would not fully clear after invoking the Succession Decree.
- Fixed an issue where female players were incorrectly addressed using male-facing titles.
- Added the Decree of the House — a new item that allows players to rename any selected villager's last name and House words in survival mode. (To get the Decree of the House, request it from either the ruling Sovereign, or the Hand of the Sovereign.)
- Added over 10,000 culture-specific surnames across all supported cultures.
- Added 8 new fantasy cultures, each with dedicated name pools for more immersive fantasy-themed villager and house names.
- Added over 400 house mottos that generate upon a villager's house being officially founded, tailored to the personality of its founding member.
- Overhauled and greatly expanded villager dialogue, bringing the total number of new chat lines added in this update to over 1,100.
- Added a config option allowing players to toggle which cultures are eligible to appear in village generation. All cultures are enabled by default.
- Fixed an issue where the background of the Charter screen and other item screens appeared blurred.
- Surnames and house words are now inherited and passed down through family lines.
